"Preparation is the key to confidence in job interviews"
Zainul Abdin Khan
We are a team of recruiters and trainers with a long experience in recruitment and training.
The courses, guidance and training come from years of working experience in the field of recruitment and selection. The courses include finer nuances of an effective and positive communication between a job seeker and a corporate entity.
It is common knowledge with students as well as corporate professionals, that there is a massive gap when it comes to students’ understanding of the corporate world. This gap leads to hit and trial of sorts from both sides.
The recruitment process is often unstructured and subjective. Students who make an effort to fill this gap by way of understanding the process and preparing for it, are at a great advantage.
Campus to jobs is an effort to bring in first hand information from the other side of the table. Effectively, bringing inputs from the corporate world and recruiters for fresh graduates who would like to ensure that they get quickly placed in their desired employment.
